Terms of Use — Zoomies

These terms are an agreement between you and ValleyBytes LLC ("ValleyBytes", "we", "us"), the developer of the Zoomies mobile app ("the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them.

What Zoomies is (and isn't)

Zoomies is a personal productivity tool designed with ADHD-friendly patterns. It is not medical software: it does not diagnose, treat, or manage ADHD or any other condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have questions about ADHD, talk to a qualified healthcare provider.

Free features and Zoomies Premium

The core app is free. Zoomies Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that unlocks extras such as unlimited focus sessions, longer timers, additional themes, and insights. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their policies; we have no access to your payment details.

Your data

All your content (tasks, wins, settings) is stored only on your device — see the Privacy Policy. Because there is no cloud backup, you are responsible for your device; if the app is deleted or the device is lost, that data cannot be recovered by us.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or tamper with the app or its purchase verification. The app and its design, artwork, and code are owned by ValleyBytes LLC and protected by copyright.

Warranty disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the previous 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
